Our restaurant menu

The Hotel Rural La Paloma restaurant has a fine menu with recepies that combine creative cuisine with traditional recepies of Italian and Spanish gastronomy.

As a finishing touch the restaurant is a glass conservatory with stunning views over the countryside of Villanueva de Tapia, Malaga.


Starters

Fillet of beef in herbs, thinly sliced and served with parmesan cheese 9€

Warm avocado filled with crab meat, gratinated with parmesan cheese 7.50€

Layers of aubergines, fresh tomato and mozzarella cheese, cooked in the oven 8€

Fillet of salmon marinated in herbs, thinly sliced and served with dill 8€

Cod confit on a bed of caramelized onion and shellfish coulis 13€

Hake cooked in the oven with taponade (olives, anchovies, oil, garlic and capers 12€
